DUEL REYS DESIRE "Chevy" - 2023 Palomino AQHA Gelding. If you’re looking for a quiet, dependable horse that’s as easy to be around as he is to ride, Chevy checks all the boxes! He was raised by the 35 Select Stock program and was purchased as a weanling. Chevy is extremely laid-back, gentle, and has been trained slowly and precisely. He’s good with cows and confident riding out alone. He’ll cover country easily and will go literally anywhere you point him. Traffic, dogs, other horses and none of it bothers him. He’s been in the wash racks, stands quietly on a patience pole, and is happy being in a pen by himself. He’s broke right and broke gentle: Walk, trot, and lope both directions. He has a good stop and soft backup. Chevy knows how to pivot/spin slow and correct. You can swing a rope on him, and he rides the same with whatever you want on his face. Chevy is a lover boy on the ground. He’s good for the farrier, has good bone and good feet, and is a fairly easy keeper. He gets along well turned out with other horses and is a pleasure to handle every day.
