He is a 14 hand pony gelding that is the kind of horse you stop in your tracks and say “wowza”! He’s easy on the eyes and is just as fun to ride. Cherokee will walk, jog and lope under saddle, picks up both of his leads and stops on whoa. He has been ridden on the trails and has been hauled to some rodeo events as well. Cherokee will carry the flag, is easy to catch, stands good for the farrier and has such a fun personality. He will lay down on command and reminds me of a golden retriever as he is very curious and always wants to know what your doing, and why you're not petting him. This little horse has a big future ahead of him, and although they say “you can’t ride pretty” I beg to differ on this guy! He's just as great under saddle as he is to look at.
