Lady and Arlene are a powerful pair of well broke mares. They have worked all aspects of farm & ranch life. They are well versed in the hay fields, on the manure spreader, and wagons. They have also be used to break colts. Their calm and easy going demeanor are great for keeping colts on track. This striking pair are very easy to handle and have wonderful barn manners. They stand quietly for harnessing and hitching and listen well to vocal commands. We have owned them since they were two years old, both mares have not only been used in the fields but as brood mares as well. Both mares are easy breeders and have produced some great foals. They both raised foals this year but were not exposed for 2024. This is a pair that will be honest and hard working.
